Dry Needling and Manual Therapy

We care about your self-care.

Need some extra TLC on a specific tight or painful body area? We offer 30-minute sessions for exactly this reason! We are trained in dry needling, cupping, and instrument-assisted (Graston) soft tissue manual therapy to get you feeling better quickly.

What is Dry Needling?

Dry needling uses a thin, filiform needle to decrease pain, inflammation, and improve blood flow and function of muscles and joints. While the same needle is used as with acupuncture, dry needling is different in that it is based on modern Western medicine principles and evidence-based research of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular systems.
